By accessing and using the SmartX Global services, including our workshop and VIP Signal Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided in the workshop, community groups, and VIP Signal Service is for educational purposes only. We provide market analysis and trade ideas, not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

3. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency and futures trading involve substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. SmartX Global will not be held liable for any financial losses incurred.

4. Membership and Refunds

The 12-month VIP Membership fee is a one-time non-refundable payment. Members are strictly prohibited from sharing VIP signals, educational content, or community access with non-members. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.
